I have been CrossFitting for approximately 2 years now and still enjoy the challenges that every WOD brings. CrossFit is the type of training program which enables you to continue progressing beyond your "peak" because there are always new things to master!
Throughout my childhood I was never encouraged to take part in sports and was never interested in fitness, competition etc. My list of "weaknesses" were as long as my arm and therefore in the last two years I have had a lot to work on - I am still nowhere near the end because every day there is something new that I suck at! However, this is the fun of CrossFit - it doesn't get boring, repetitive or tedious. Even for someone with NO fitness background I can get involved and be part of a community where it doesn't matter where you come from, how strong you are or how fast you can run.
